If you are planning to use your smart TV with our service, we recommend you configure your router.
In case you do not have access to your router or if your smart TV is connected to a modem directly, please follow one of the guides below

- Press Home, select Setup -> Network -> Network Setup
- Select Wired Setup or Wireless Setup depening on how your TV is connected to your home network
- Select Custom and enter the DNS servers shown at the bottom of this page.
- Make sure your IP address is activated. Go to the Self Service page on your computer to confirm
Samsung
Note
BBC iPlayer will not work on some Samsung devices. This is due to the fact that Samsung puts limitations on their TVs depending on in which market they are sold. Also note that the VUDU app is not available to watch on any Samsung device sold outside of the US.
- Press Menu on your remote
- Scroll down to Network
- Select Network Settings
- Press Start
- If you have a wireless Network, select your network and enter your Wireless password. If you are connected via ethernet, select ethernet.
- Select IP Settings
- Scroll down to DNS settings and enter the DNS addresses shown below
- Press OK
- Press Next to save the settings and exit the menu
- Make sure your IP address is activated. Go to the Self Service page on your computer to confirm
Panasonic
- Select Settings
- In Network Settings select IP Address/DNS Settings
- Select Manual in DNS Setting Mode
- Enter the DNS server addresses shown below
- Make sure your IP address is activated. Go to the Self Service page on your computer to confirm
LG
- Press Settings on your remote
- Scroll down to Network and select Network Connection
- Press Start Connection
- Select Other Network List
- Select Set Expert
- Select your network connection type
- Scroll down to DNS Mode
- Select Manual and enter the DNS addresses shown below
- Click OK
- Make sure your IP address is activated. Go to the Self Service page on your computer to confirm
