IP addresses:

When you sign up for our service, you will have to activate your IP address on our system in order to gain access to our services.
We record and store your currently activated IP address in order to identify you and grant or deny you access to our system.
We keep a log of IP addresses that you activated in the past. This log includes the date and time of each IP activation, as well as the IP address that was activated. We use this information strictly to detect fraudulent behaviour.

We value our customers’ privacy above all else. As a direct result, we have designed and deployed a sensor array that deliberately avoids capturing any Personally Identifiable Information (PII), including the identity of end users or the DNS lookup transactions their actions caused. Our DNS sensors only listen to the cache miss resolution transactions between our DNS servers and Internet-bound authoritative DNS servers, and specifically not between end-users and our DNS servers.
We may only collect DNS data received by our DNS servers as the result of recursion. Queries sent by individual customers are never logged.
